Rotating hotel in Croatia

In the Croatian city of Split (the second largest in the country) they have plans to build a revolving/rotation hotel, writes magazine Businessweek.

It will be the first such in Europe and the main attraction in a new complex in the Adriatic resort.

Furthermore, it would seem impressive, so the hotel will offer a sea view from all rooms.
It will be located on an island salt and spins 1.3 times per day. The hotel will have three floors and will have a diameter of 61 meters. It will be located on a mobile platform that will be built around a static part of 22 meters, which will be housed reception, lobby and elevators.

The hotel will be located on an island on a lake and looks as though it flies. The complex will also have spa, bungalows, marina.

Project is still in the planning stage and no information on terms and price of the investment of the hotel are known yet.
